Apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, living room and mostly a washing machine — ideal for weekly and monthly stays. Rooms are simple and cool, with breakfast served in the courtyard.

1 night in low season, 2 in shoulder and 3 in high season; apartments add one night in shoulder and high season. Shown for each unit in the results.

Pay a 30% deposit online or pay on arrival; the balance is taken at check-in or check-out by card, cash or bank transfer. No real payment is taken in this demo.

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; after that the deposit is non-refundable. The non-refundable rate is 10% cheaper. Details on the cancellation policy page (sample text).

Accommodation providers in Türkiye must report guest identities to the police registration system (KBS). If you enter them in the guest portal beforehand, check-in takes a minute.

Small and medium pets are welcome in the garden, sea view and family apartments for a nightly fee; not in rooms or the rooftop apartment.

Yes. From November to April apartments and the single room can be rented monthly. Leave a request on the Long stays page for contract, one month’s deposit and utilities included or metered.

Free open parking for 6 cars behind the courtyard; spaces cannot be reserved.

Private transfers from Dalaman or Bodrum airport can be added as an extra. From Bodrum you can also take the ferry; times vary by season.
