One stone house, one wisteria, eighteen doors

Salkımsu grew around an old stone house in Datça’s harbour quarter, its courtyard shaded by an old wisteria. First came four courtyard rooms, then sea-view balcony rooms, and finally apartments with kitchens for longer stays.

Today we are a small team running 8 apartments and 10 rooms: two at reception, two in housekeeping and one person who fixes everything. We prepare breakfast in the courtyard ourselves; cheese, olives and honey come from local producers.
